Trauma, Bullying and Resilience
In observance of National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month, StopBullying.gov hosted a Facebook Live event on trauma, bullying and how to help children develop resilience, with live presentations, a discussion, and a question and answer period.
Experts panelists include the following:
Melissa Mercado-Crespo, PhD, MSc, MA, Behavioral Health Scientist, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC);
Laura Danna, LCSW, Project Director, Project Fleur-de-lis, a program of Mercy Family Center, a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) grantee; and
Sandra Williamson, Director, National Center for Safe and Supportive Learning Environments funded by the Department of Education.
