Through the Cooperative Purchasing Program, State and local governments – including public K-12 schools and institutions of higher education – can purchase safety and security-related products and services under the same terms and conditions as Federal agencies, saving time and reducing costs on items such as security cameras, emergency communications equipment, security consulting services, security design and support services, alarm and access control systems, Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentialing services, etc. This one-hour webinar, Using Federal Contracts to Enhance School & Campus Security, will provide participants with: An overview of the Cooperative Purchasing Program; A better understanding of program eligibility and benefits; and The ability to access information to help increase accessibility to safety and security equipment and services for public K-12 schools and institutions of higher education. Immediately following the presentation will be a 20-minute question and answer session, along with information on how to access more information and resources.
