Are the Children Well? A Model and Recommendations for Promoting the Mental Wellness of the Nation's Young People.

Summarizes research on children's mental health, access to mental health services, and the development of mental illness and wellness over the life course. This policy brief also presents a more inclusive framework for understanding mental wellness, describing opportunities for improving children's well being as well as presenting concrete recommendations to policymakers.
