Lumina Foundation: Strategic Plan for 2017 to 2020

Outlines a plan to increase the number of Americans who hold high-quality postsecondary credentials. According to Lumina Foundation, not only are knowledge and skills paramount in the economy, the very opportunity to participate fully in American life—to hold a good job, participate as active citizens, raise a family, and contribute meaningfully to building safe and prosperous communities—now requires some form of postsecondary learning. But opportunities for postsecondary success are unequally shared, and that means millions of Americans cannot fully contribute to the nation’s well-being or reach their own goals. The Foundation outlines a strategic plan to fix this inequity.
