Rights and Services for Homeless Migrant Students

Shares how some migrant students may be considered homeless under the McKinney-Vento Act (Title X, Part C of the No Child Left Behind Act [NCLB]).  It describes the McKinney-Vento eligibility criteria and services available to qualified students, as well as the similarities and differences between the homeless and migrant education programs.
