Title IV: Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act State Grants

Provides information that will enhance knowledge of Safe and Supportive Schools; Health, Mental Health, Environmental Health, and Physical Education; Drug-Violence Prevention; Character and Civic Education; and Homeland Security, Emergency Management and school programs administered by OSHS and of issues that are important to the Elementary and Secondary Education Act as reauthorized by the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act.
