Resources for break from the Prevention Education Network

The Prevention Education Network has put together these resources to help students have a safe break! As you head into the break, it's important to stay connected to resources that can support your well-being. Whether you're staying in Ithaca or traveling home, there are a variety of services available to help you navigate challenges, stay healthy, and find support. From mental health resources to wellness kits, food assistance, and sexual violence support, here are plenty of tools to ensure you have a safe and restful break.
