Learning to Work, Working to Learn

Discusses the imbalance between what employers need and what prospective employees are prepared to bring to the workforce. It’s not just businesses that say there is a disconnect between what companies need and what students know. Only 35% of students say they are prepared for a job, and 50% of young people are unemployed or underemployed.
