42% of UC Students Suffer from Hunger. Help Is on the Way.

Each campus will receive $151,000 in addition to the $75,000 allocated in 2015, according to a UC press release. The money will also help expand Swipe Out Hunger programs, which let students donate any leftover meal points or dollars to “reduce hunger on campus.”
