The Economic Impact of Increasing College Completion

Examines the effects of increasing college completion rates on the economy. The focus on completion does not require encouraging people who otherwise would not choose to go to college. Instead, it concentrates on those who chose to go but did not finish. The report discusses the room for improvement from current margins and how this can be done.
