Safer University Program: Updated Toolkit

Presents an electronic toolkit that aims to reduce excessive drinking and intoxication at off-campus locations near the college. The toolkit is composed of three key sections: 1) Action plan for conducting DUI check points, compliance checks, party patrols, and visibility campaigns; 2) A management plan that can be used to plan and implement enforcement operations; and 3) An overview of evidence, including information about a randomized, controlled experiment that involved 14 large public universities.
